Began my journey to a healthier version of me on 6-1-09 and loss 60 lbs . I have maintained within 5 lb on both sides of the scale. I have definitely had my ups and downs through out my journey but I've never given up!! And I feel great!!!

If you try and target a specific area to work out, it usually doesn't work. I'd recommend some Tabata or HIIT work outs. They work out the entire body and can be done anywhere. You can find these free in apps store and You -Tube...Good Luck!!

Id consult your Dr, but leg cramps are signs of many things like dehydration, not stretching enough/properly , low potassium and in my cased under active thyroid.
