I don't track block cheese. I don't know how big an an ounce of cheese is and I don't eat that much of it anyway...feels good to get that off my chest.

Welp, if things don't start happening in the next month, that will definitely be on my list! I do have an endo appt this week, maybe I can bring it up with them...ugh. How come I'm not skinny yet???

Hmmm...never heard of it. I will look it up though, as I am also having a terrible time getting rid of any weight. I'm know I'll be eating out for lunch today...Instead of blindly choosing my meal and guessing which is the best option, I looked at my options online and was able to make a wise decision based on nutrition information. (and water instead of delicious fountain Diet Coke!)
