My goal for tomorrow is to log everything I eat and drink water. I have been on mfp before with success. Have gotten slack and gained some weight.

Hello, just saw this board and I want to join. Starting weight: 189.6 (Aug. 1, 2017) Lowest weight: 173.0 (March 2016) Goal weight: 170.00 (per doctor) I have had success logging my food in the past. Been on vacay and got really slack. I am committed to do this again. I weight myself every morning.
