I would like to try the low carb challenge too. How does the challenge work?

I'm trying to eat low carb. Swapping sweets for fruit. Want to keep the weight off and get rid of the muffin top. Workout every day for half an hour of weights and an hour of cardio. Would like to stay on track also as it is hard to do.
