Take ripe bananas, cut them into 1 inch (approx) chunks and freeze. Put in a food processor (or blender) and mix. Watch it go from dip-in-dots type texture to creamy banana ice cream! Add vanilla and/or unsweetened vanilla almond milk... I've even added cocoa powder. I might try adding peanut butter too!

I hear you! The sugar is, in my opinion, probably what the main difference is. Sugar is so killer!

I completely agree. Fortunately I didn't make it to the hospital, but it was close... I was in severe pain. I started taking culturelle probiotic everyday and recording what I ate and when I felt badly. Also I'd recommend looking up GAPS diet if you're interested in gut health.

You're an amazing person! That's there is to it. In my opinion, monitoring diet and staying as healthy and raw to natural foods as possible is best. Good luck!

I ride! I have a horse and train her and a friend's horse (when the weather isn't awful!!) And I teach at a local facility. Right now I'm working full time in a hospital to save up money to potentially do a working student type thing and become even more professional. I ride hunters and jumpers (English stuff mostly!).
