YES, I DO. EXERCISE HAS HELPED ME A LOT AND TRYING TO EAT BETTER. IF I DONT FEEL I CAN DO THE EXERCISE I JUST DONT DO IT. I JUST LISTEN TO MY BODY!!! SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS!!!
