I workout to her app everyday 6 days per week. A year long program called Gauntlet. If you like Jillian you should join Jillian Michaels Workout Junkies on Facebook. It’s where we get together for check ins. Jmwjunkies is the name for the group.

I just ordered it today. But I do Jillian Michaels workouts everyday. If you want to chat about any of the workouts let me know. I have most of her DVDs. I mostly use her app.

The app syncs to Apple Health App when used on iPhone. Then you have to manually type what you did to my Fitness pal. The app will open My Fitness Pal when you want to log your own meals.
