Finished our modified week- a T25 cardio day followed by a P90 sculpt day. The 5th day (double workout) was T25 Ab focus & Speed. I forgot how grueling the abs workout was. My abs are still sore! Same here. The Chocolate Peppermint Stick, Protein Berry, and Cupcake are my favorites. Also, Kirkland brand is good - especially the Chocolate Brownie.

The hubby and I just finished T25 Beta. Loved it! The next few weeks, we’re doing a P90/T25 hybrid. After we move, I’m planning on getting T25 Gamma. I love Sean T and how he does the workouts. I sweat like crazy but it’s worth it :)

I’ve never had a trainer. I think I’d want someone that would understand my goals and push me to achieve them. She was a member at the gym- did she push herself during her workouts? Or was she just standing around a lot, not really doing much? What were her workout and nutrition goals?

I don’t mind the taste of cottage cheese, so usually eat it plain. My grandma used to add a spoonful of jelly. I do that on occasion for a sweet treat of sorts. When I was younger, I’d eat it with a little ranch & sunflower seeds.

Morning workout for me. I get up 4:30/4:45 and workout at home doing T25. I could wake up later, but after I have to sit for a while to get a bit more coherent- drink coffee, watch the news. I’ve tried working out after work but once I get home I get really lazy and just want to unwind. :)

I’m 5’3”. I’m the shortest in my family so I always wanted to be a few inches taller. I had a roommate that was 6’3 and he’d put things on the top shelves or in high places :|

If you’re getting dizzy, headache, and feel like vomiting you may want to skip those days Or maybe do some light stretching or go for a short walk. :)

With my TOM, I take it day by day. Mine is especially heavy for ~3 days so I either do as much as I can or I skip days as needed. I haven’t gotten sick exercising but I do feel really weak.

I’m on week 4 of Alpha. I definitely recommend it. Like Amfmmama said, it’s not easy. I think it’s fun, though :)
