Day 2 of Max30. Today’s workout was Tabata Power. That was pretty interesting. So far I’m really liking this program.

I’m back!! 🙂. And pretty excited- I started Max30 today. Cardio Challenge was the first workout. It was awesome. I’m looking forward to cussing at Shawn T some more 😉 My max out was 4:51. Yeah that sucks but I will kick its butt and improve the time! Keep sweating. You can do this! 😎

Our Kroger has some Halo Top flavors for .99¢ There were around 10. The ones I remember: Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, Salted Caramel, Mint Chip, a banana something, Oatmeal Cookie. I’m not sure if it’s Kroger-wide or this store getting rid of flavors.
