I am not a night shift worker but maybe find a consistent time to work out each day. For me, its 4 am and I would openly admit that it did take time to get used to that routine. As sophia162 said ...I just pressed play each morning until it became a habit.
P90X is a great program, I did it several years ago and got great results. It does have some lengthy workouts though. Have fun with it1 -

LIIFT 4 week 1 combined with running done. Loving this program so far. I've been a Shaun T girl for about a year-and-a-half, but this has been a nice change of pace.3

LIIFT 4 Week 2 Day 4, hiit legs done. I'm getting faster on the catcher squat thrusts! Followed by 10 minutes Fitness Blender kickboxing intervals.3

it's a good program...just wish I could get a hard copy. streaming is unreliable.

I just started LIIFT 4 today, how do you figure calorie burn for that?

Ooooh, now there's a fun hour! I imagine the little stretchy bits in Speed 1.0 were so welcome. Great idea for a Saturday cardio. I did Speed 3.0 a few days ago and loved it (nice heads up with the burpees, it was burpees galore... fortunately I can handle them). The Speed workouts really are fun. I think there's a Speed 4.0 in Shaun week, but I haven't done/seen it...

Cool. I've been a Shaun gal too n.n.
Got to know Autumn Calabrese through 80 Days Obsession these last months and next week I'll get to know the Liift4 trainer and cast.
Shaun T will for ever be the king in my heart though, and will probably remain my go-to for cardio (if and when I'm feeling it), since 80 Days and Liift are more about strength.1 -

How many of you have beachbody on demand? Because I have the DVDs, I never joined but wondering if it is worth the investment?
I have insanity, insanity max30, p90x, p90x3, hard corps, body beast and t25. I have already decided to do p90x3 right after beast since I never did the full program.
However I am wondering what other programs I can try with BOD. Share your thoughts please.1 -

What do think of lift4 so far?
I enjoy it. I like getting several exercises for a body part done quickly, meaning less rests. I also like heavier lifting. I think I lost some upper body strength, especially in my arms, during 80 Day Obsession (focus is core, legs, glutes). I'm not able to lift as heavy as I did before. I'm starting Week 3 Monday, but I feel the strength coming back.
The hiit cardio part is hard, but could be longer. So I usually do some Shaun T or cardio after.1 -

I count it as weights on my Fitbit since the hiit cardio portion is rather short.1 -
I haven’t worked out since last week 😕 Life sometimes gets in the way of things lol. I want to get a workout in a few days this week.
Friday I’ll be looking at Max 30 prices 😃 I’m hoping it will be on sale!!
Edit- WOO HOO for Groupon. I was searching around for deals and Groupon is having some deals on Beachbody workouts. The Max 30 I’ve been looking at on Amazon, I got on Groupon for $45!
I’ve never used Groupon before so I’m hoping it all is good 🙂.1
