Thank you to everyone who responded! I have been using MFP to keep track of my calories and try to lose a pound a week. I've been able to maintain the calorie deficit 5-6 days a week and close on the other 1-2. Losing weight, eating right, exercising isn't the problem. I was just surprised how many inches I've lost…

Watch your calories. Make good good choices. And move! That's my mantra every day. Even if I don't feel like exercising (which is most of the time!!) I try to just remember to MOVE! Taking stairs instead of elevator, parking further away at work or the grocery store. Standing and walking in place while watching Netflix.…

I'm only 24lbs down and have a ways to go but wanted to show some progress pics. What I find curious is there is a bigger difference between Feb and March with only a 5lb difference than there is between Jan and Feb with an almost 20lb difference! I don't notice it as much in the mirror as I do in my clothes. It's so weird…

We seem to have similar stories. Except I haven't lost all that weight yet! I was in the 240 range when I got married in 1999.
