  • I do the same as most of the above pointers. I do find I treat myself more. I had a mini Skor blizzard for dessert at lunch today but will eat a small dinner and really watch myself tomorrow. I weigh myself every day just to keep in check. I'm not going to gain it back and that's that. Good luck.
  • Thanks for your note but I beg you, do not drink. Playing with your sobriety is like playing with fire. If you truly are an alcoholic, and only you know that, it will creep up on you and you won't even see it coming. Get to an AA MEETING. talk to others that have tried your dangerous new plan.   • Being a recovering alcoholic all I want is more! Routine and repetition help keep me in check. I weigh myself often and only play with about three pounds. Once I'm over that much I cut back. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change. I'm also so grateful for this free program. Sweets are my killer
