  • don't let that one moment discourage you from eating right for the next meal... one bad meal will not keep you from losing weight or make you gain weight... it's the many bad meals that do more damage... you cannot change the past but you definitely can control your future! good luck to you!
  • @craycray1980‌ - I'm self motivated but would love to surround myself with folks with that same energy! I'm very active in tracking daily... I just started tracking on here about a week ago, I've been tracking through Weight Watchers for years, but has been looking for alternatives since they are increasing their price!
  • don't give up! just because the scale is not moving as fast as you want doesn't mean that your efforts are not beneficial to your overall health! weight loss is a journey, not a marathon!
