  • Well, long story but basically changed direction thanks to EattoPerform.com. I have had the energy to play with my babies all week! I haven't felt like this in years and I am so glad to be on the right track.

  • My plan to lose the 10lbs. Log my food intake and actually stick to the daily calorie goals. 4 cardio days/week. 2 strength days/week. Honestly, I would like to work out each weekday but I am afraid I will miss a day and then be disappointed. So this is the minimum I expect to do and I hope to do more!
