  • What kind of work outs do you do. I enjoy running. I can run forever it's the strength training that's my struggle. I would like to get a more tone stomach.
  • Good luck. Find an exercise you love doing as well as the time everyday if possible that you like doing it and you will most likely stick with it. Also don't do what I use to do work out to eat. My weakness is chips so I would work out 4 times a week to eat a bag of chips not a good choice.
