I have been super slacking at following this meal plan I made this week :( I've gotten sick and the only thing I've been able to force myself to make is instant oatmeal and pb&j's! Hopefully I'll make some sick sick-loses :neutral_face: optimism

I loooove quinoa stuffed bell peppers. Something so yummy about the crunchiness and softness and quinoa is probably my favorite grain. It absorbs flavor magnificently! Thanks for the recipes!

Today I weigh 162 lbs. When I started my weight lifting routine in November I was 155 and subsequently put on 10 lbs between the beginning of November to about 2 weeks ago - when I started to cut calories. My goal is less of a weight one and more body fat - I'm looking to getting to be about 20-22% depending on how it looks on my body! My estimated weight would be ~130 for my 5'6" frame :D
