Google high protein low carb recipes. I had the same issue, but finding good yummy recipes helped me tremendously. And also, eat your carbs in the morning and veggies in the afternoon!

I'm so glad I found this post even if it is several years old! I've had 4 children over the last 8 years all via cesarean and never had a problem getting back to my abs and normal weight until my last child. I'm chalking it up to # of surgeries and age. I doubt it will ever be flat and 6-packed again

It could also be the exercises you are doing. You can be toning nuscle vs losing pounds or weighing yourself at different times each day, etc, etc. Without knowing the details it's hard to say, but stay at it. Just eating better and exercising will give you good results in the long run. Don't get discouraged by the scale.…
