Same here, some days I will be really up for it and ready to smash the gym and my goals, but I usually find that it only lasts 2/3 days, pathetic I know haha! Any tips?

Hi Everyone. I'm Dominic or Dom Just seen this and I would love to take part in the challenge. Going on holiday in June so would love to loose weight and tone up. Been Vegan for just over a year and can't wait to see the results of the challenge
