I've gone gone up a couple too. Nothing compared to how good I feel exercising and watching what I eat now tho.

How's everyone doing? I'm two pounds down. Goal 130, 144 by March 1. I just got EAS complete protein mix and make a shake with ice, milk and banana. Only 300 Cal with 30 g protein so you stay full. :)

I'm a couple days late but I want to do this with yell! I weighed in on Sunday and am trying to lose 25th. Losing ten by March 1st would be so awesome.
