Oh dear! I have gained 2kbs, so hard to get off, so easy to put in - AND it’s all that left over food, can’t afford to just throw it away, so land up eating it after Christmas until it’s all gone! I feel guilty throwing it away, does anyone else feel that way?

Relatives and friends sometimes get annoyed with you, tell you that you are going too far, you are being silly, you will be ill , get offended if you don't take a cake, etc - very hard, just plod on!

I either have a small portion of dried fruit and nuts, or a packet of walkers French fries which are quite low in calories - my biggest problem is cups of tea during the day, I have about 6 or 7!
