i started at 230 and my goal weight is the 120's. right now i'm 223. I know, i'm trying for a big leap, but i believe i can do it with time. i believe so can you! we can do this. I'm totally down with motivating each other. it's a big goal and support & motivation always helps a bunch.

I have bipolar/anxiety/borderline personality disorder so i totally love this idea! I struggled so much and between hospital stays and med changes and gained about 75 lbs. I can't be stable without meds at this point in my life so it's frustrating. I'm trying really hard though! i don't want my mental health issues to hold…

I am on so many psych meds and I agree it is super hard to lose the weight. Stay motivated though! I gained 100 pounds over the past year and half due to increasing so many meds and it's hard to break habits but i feel better when i get done with a day and can say, "I'm mentally stable now AND working on my physical health…

i don't want to get diabetes... that's like such a huge fear of mine. i mean, i'm really overweight and actually obese so it's warranted but it's a huge motivation to get healthy before i continue to age and am 25 with a heart problem or something of the sort. It's gotten too far already and I know it has to stop. so fears…

Thank you both for the feed back. I'm trying to get into exercising, but i think i'll try with a more open mind now. it's difficult to get in the swing of things, so maybe working out will help after all (right now it's just a chore, really). Thanks guys.
