I am 23 lbs. down for the year and my goal is 100 lbs. this year. I have a long way to go but I just try every day--some days are better than others. Please Add me to your group. I need the support.

I am 16 lbs down so far and I need to lose about 84 more this year. I am trying to make it to ONEderland.

I am in the same boat. I lost 16 lbs. in January and my goal is 2 lbs a week. I figure if I can do this (which is also safe and healthy) I can be down 104 lbs in a year.

I'm 40 with 100+ to lose. I am focusing on the small goals: exercise 6 days a week, water, food journal everyday. I know from experience if I pay attention to these goals for a year and not the overall weight goal, I will be more successful.
