I take this stuff with a grain of salt. A lot of times when I see a "happy" couple posting all the time on FB, the next thing I hear is that they are splitting up, so you know that things could not have really been that happy. The longest I have ever been single is 2 years, but it is always better to be single than to be…

For me it is not only the physical exercise that helps me with my anxiety, but also having a routine with my workouts helps me to feel more in control of my life and less anxious that way as well.

Usually when you sign up with a new gym they offer some free training sessions and other training packages.

My girlfriend is not really a fan of the gym either but she likes a bootcamp class where they do HIIT exercises like these, and she also takes some other classes. She has that class pass thing where she can take them all different places so that she doesn't get bored and she likes it a lot.

I think this is great advice!

I feel like I can't really control that I am hungry during the night, especially on days when I work out. But if I think I can control what I eat somewhat. What would be something that would not be terrible to eat if you just had to have something at that time?

I googled it, and this is just one of the articles I found talking about a new study to see if it would help with weight loss. It is different than what has been done for years with fecal transplants, this would be taking it orally in capsule form for weight loss. They haven't started the study yet, but it looks like you…

I have the same problem but it doesn't interfere with my life, so I don't think it's that big of a deal.

Oatmeal or a half of whole wheat bagel with a little peanut butter and two hard boiled egg whites.
-
A pack of gum...wow that seems like a lot. I am a big fan of the small altoids.
-
love this!! Definitely going to try this out.

I like Liporidex Pre/t...tastes great, doesn't make me run to the bathroom, and I get in a killer workout.
-
Nice, I have a hard time at night too. This looks good!
-
it doesn't have to be. I look for great deals every week and found an awesome produce shop near my house...I got 20 limes for 99 cents the other day!
-
I hear about people doing it, but it grosses me out!
-
frozen bananas blended with a little bit of peanut butter! Delicious!
-
I like to do turkey wraps or leftovers from the night before. Typically grilled chicken and a salad with lots of greens.
-
looks good I will have to give this a try. thanks
-
yes I always forget about mine in there, but they will be fine. If you have a good mixer add in a tbl of peanut butter and your frozen banana slices for some healthy ice cream!
-
I use just a little bit of water but want to try crystal lite. Sounds good!
-
I am not a huge fan of almond milk but I want to try it in my protein shakes for something different other than water.

yes wine adds up. So if you know you are going to have a couple glasses with dinner, think about what you are going to consume during the day to ensure you have enough calories left for your tasty glass of wine. Thats what I do with either wine or a couple beers.

Noooo. I was eating smart ones a few years ago and some actually tasted ok if I added some garlic powder and pepper, but totally not worth it. I will spend some extra time and cook FRESH food.
-
This sounds like something I can benefit from but I am still unclear 100%. If I typically eat dinner at 8pm and don't eat again until 12 does that count as fasting or no since I am sleeping for a good portion of that time?

I am a big water drinker and the days I don't drink enough my body certainly responds. I get headaches and feel terrible. i have never had any neg side effects to drinking too much though. You would really need to drink a lot to have a neg experience.

I have the same issue, especially late at night. I just whipped up a new recipe. Frozen bananas mixed with peanut butter. Has the same consistency as ice cream and way less cals. Try it!
-
Yes this happens to me all the time!!

So at times I look like a crazy person, but when I am on the phone I like to do wall squats. Hold your pose for 1 min, break for 45 sec, then repeat. Do this 5 times and get in as many as you can throughout the day. (works really well if you're on hold a lot, just in case your breathing increases!).

I have been down that road before. Be sure to take it slow and know the difference between pain and soreness from working out. You don't want to injure yourself again.

abs are made in the kitchen, so work on your diet first and then focus on strengthening your core. If your diet is not in check then your abs will never make an appearance.
