  • I think pinterest is pretty amazing for finding low calorie meals, it's pretty much all I use. The only other resource I've used somewhat frequently is a blog called budgetbytes.com which also has done great ideas and focuses on staying affordable and mostly healthy.
  • I'd probably get it checked out sooner than later if you're worried. If it is diabetes, that's not something you want to leave unchecked. Plus, if it's not, you're still able to talk to your doctor about other possible causes. Also keep in mind that webmd gave me over 120 conditions of which those are the symptoms.
