I agree - I'd like this to be the last of the roller coaster rides! I was diagnosed with tongue cancer (and have never smoked) back in Jan, had surgery in Feb, and lymph node surgery in May. Well, it took a tongue surgery and removing the lymph nodes from my neck, but now I believe that it's all gone. I've been doing lots of research on nutrition & exercise and cancer, and I believe that those are two areas that I can be in control of.
