Yes, it's fine. In fact I usually feel less crampy when I workout on bad cramp days.

I am very determind once I set my mind to something and I can get very feisty and Spice kind of reminds me of that plus my birth year.

You look fantastic! Great job staying self motivated enough to get through these programs and stick with it!

Mine was probably a small reason too. I could barely get my jeans up after washing them for about 6 to 8 weeks straight and I had gotten a little too big for some of my outfits. I was running out of clothes that had fit me my whole life and I was terrified each time that I washed those jeans that the next time I washed…

<Here is mine in my profile pic. Sorry, I don't know how to post pics on here from my phone but this is one of my new bikinis. Still working on toning up. This thread is great motivation for getting my *kitten* back in gear after a 2 week vacation to Lake Powell. You all look great!

Were you holding on part of the time maybe? If not, I don't know. What speed were you averaging?

You can go to his website and do a search there. You should be able to find out what foods he was talking about.

I plan on plummeting in a few days. Going to Lake Powell for our annual family vacation for two weeks and I am going to enjoy every second of it and not worry about anything. If I gain 5lbs oh well. I will hit it hard again once I get back. Two weeks is nothing compared to the rest of your life. Your still better off than…

I liked your post OP. Adding my activity tracker is what really worked for me as well.

My bad. Drinking a tea that has a laxative effect will hurt you a lot in the long run OP.

OP didn't say he was using tea, he just said 28 day detox. That could be just eating healthier for 21 days and even if he has added tea to his diet it doesn't mean it's a bad thing. There are plenty of teas that help the way your body functions. Even dr's. are becoming more aware of this. There is a lot of stuff you can…

I try to stop by 6:00 or 7:00. I think it is supposed to be about 3 hours before bed that you stop so you don't go to bed with your body still trying to digest your meal.

I've never heard of this where I live but I think it sounds like a great idea! If nothing else, it would give people a chance to try out different equipment and see if it is something they are going to use long term before they make an expensive purchase. I say go for it.

The fitbit will add more calories for you to eat throughout the day. It starts out lower and adds more throughout the day depending on your activity. My fitbit and myfitnesspal end up being pretty much the same at the end of the day. You can look at how it works if you go to your food plan and click on the settings in the…

I wondered the same thing when I first got mine. Then I realized that it was basing my calories off of just what my body will have burned without doing any activity. So those 1000 calories are just what your body would have burned from midnight until you put it on. The same with the 1708. It's just what your body would…

I agree with MrM27. I look close to how you do right now and I am ready to start a recomp. I stopped eating at a deficit even though I have some body fat I would like to see disappear. I would rather see it slowly get firmer than look too skinny and unhealthy(IMO). I (and my hubby) prefer the toned & firm look to just…
