This is a great place to start! Stay under on your calories. Get a food scale weigh everything and log everything. Even the bad days where you go over on your calories. Try to move more even if it is just walking. Get some friends on here for support. You can do this if you want it bad enough. :)

Thank you :)

Yes they do if you have a device that syncs with mfp like a fitbit or something along those lines. You can link them to mfp by clicking on apps.

Great results for only two months! You should be really proud of yourself. Keep up the good work!

My husband did an elimination diet and figured out that gluten was causing the joint pain throughout his whole body for the last 20 + years. Now that he is gluten free he doesn't have any joint pain unless he gives in to a craving and eats something with gluten in it.

I don't know what it is either but the same thing happens to me too. I don't go completely clean though just clean up my diet some. Mine does go away after 4 or 5 days and doesn't come back until I eat like crap again for awhile and then clean it up some again.

My husband went gluten free after doing an elimination diet and figuring out that gluten is what had been causing his joint pain everywhere in his body for 20 years. His joints only hurt now if he gives in to a craving and eats something with gluten in it. We found a really good bread and baking mix that tastes fantastic.…

It works great as long as your logging is accurate. It's also a great place to be for motivation and support! :)
-
Congratulations! That always makes you feel good. :)
