I have been on and off gluten since April and have noticed that when I eat gluten, my mouth gets dry, I have issues with gum recession, and pain in my hands. When I cut it out, it seems to not be as bad. Anyone else experience this?? TIA! I just want to know if this is an issue with gluten or not.

I've been off gluten for several years. For me, pain in my hands, arms, and legs are a signal I've been "glutened". I also get terribly anxiety, digestive issues, dry skin, etc.0

My husband did an elimination diet and figured out that gluten was causing the joint pain throughout his whole body for the last 20 + years. Now that he is gluten free he doesn't have any joint pain unless he gives in to a craving and eats something with gluten in it.0
