I started at 252lbs, goal is 140, I'm at 179 just now. My belly is saggy and loose already, I've lost 72lbs in about 9 months, that seems slow to me, but obviously not! I've been using Neutrogena skin elasticity moisturiser for a few weeks which seems to be helping a bit already. I think as well it just takes time, I've…

I'm in Scotland :) I've lost 72lbs through using this site. There's some great UK threads where you can add uk friends.

I've only tried the flex but I love it, it's ideal for me :)
-
This was m problem too. I changed my weigh in day to a Monday, so now I spend the weekend eating properly and exercising a bit more to hope for a loss on Monday morning! Simple but it works for me.

I have a Flex and I love it!

The only way to stop my binging is to simply not buy it. If it's not in the cupboards, I can't eat it. Lost 71lbs now through this mentality!

Lentil and bacon fills me up nicely, tastes great. I use this recipe... http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/29686/simple-lentil-and-bacon-soup.aspx

I've lost 32kg, or 71lbs which is the weight of my adult male greyhound! I can't lift him alone, so I'm shocked and horrified that I've been carrying that for at least 10 years.

I weigh on Mondays. If I've lost, I'll allow myself a chocolate bar (a standard size 40-50g one). That's my reward. Just had to make sure it's only 1 :)

I have the flex and I love it. It's perfect for me. You need a smartphone or tablet, and wi-fi as well as a Bluetooth connection to sync.
-
I completely forgot about this post! I've lost 71lbs in total now.

I miss not caring about what I ate, life was easier before food scales and calorie logging! I also miss the warmth...although I'm not at my goal weight I've lost 71lbs and god it's cold!

I'm in Scotland and always looking for some more uk buddies! :)

I lie alone, everything I eat is either pre-made, frozen or from a packet/tin. I hate cooking, and don't really enjoy eating fresh things. I wish I did but I've tried and I just don't! It's not done me any harm though, as long as it's weighed I still lose weight. I've lost 70lbs, with not one meal cooked from scratch! I'm…

Me! In in north Scotland. Happy to have more U.K. Peeps add me :)

I watched it. Thought the two 4 month woman could have done better if they had just controlled calories.

I have 3 dogs, we walk twice a day for an hour each time. I've always counted it as exercise. It's all I do and it's definitely helped as I've lost 70lbs! I've since got a Fitbit so it counts my walking and adds it to MFP. I've found as I lost weight I walk a lot quicker.

I had a deep fried Creme Egg once in Dundee, it was so grossly gooey :) I've also had deep fried pizza and deep fried macaroni pie from a chip shop in Alness. The pie is fab but the pizza is just greasy. As for scones...butter then jam! Clotted cream is rank

Sweet rice cakes...chocolate ones are good. Also there's blueberry and vanilla ones I enjoy. Around 30 cals or less.

Basically whatever suits you! I weigh every week, anymore and I get frustrated that I don't see enough of a change.
-
Usually around 14k. In the spring, summer and autumn it will be more because I work in a hotel and those times there's more guests so more exercise. Also the weather is better so I add a couple of extra miles to my dog walks.

It's taken me 10 months to lose 70lbs, from 252 to 182. I think 80 would be do able in a year, but everyone is different.

Feel free to add me, I'm in Scotland :) My diary really isn't interesting though.

I'm from the north of Scotland, feel free to add me!

I love toasties, I just make them fit with the rest of the day if I want one. I like all sorts in them. Cheese and smoked sausage, tuna mayo and cheese, sliced chicken, Brie and cranberry etc. A toastie with two bits of brown bread, 50g cheddar and 50g smoked sausage is around 400 calories, so it can be done healthier. You…

I'm going to eat whatever I want on Christmas Day and I'm going to enjoy it. I'm going to do the same on New Year's Day. I've lost 70lbs this year, and I figure as long as I don't put 70lbs on, I'm good :p

For me it was all around my joints! So I ended up with skinny ankles, wrists, knees and elbows, while the rest of me was still large :p catching up now, my butt and belly are going, and my face was last to change.

An elephants penis Go me! :p

Chicken soup and rice cakes tonight, followed by some low calorie blueberry jelly :)

This is my challenge too! Started at 252lbs (February 2015) Currently 189lbs (November 2015) Goal by Christmas 175lbs (eek, that seems tiny compared to where I started!) Complete goal 145lbs (roughly by March/April I hope).
