  • Flax seed. It has largely carbs from fiber instead of sugars. Its like a keto "cheat" food for me. I was having constipation before my discovery of flax seed... Im no longer constipated.
  • Yes, it is a thing. My panic attacks stem from a sexual assault, but translates to working out. And anxiety/panic can be triggered by anything. It is all very personally rooted, and few have exactly the same triggers. So far, all I have learned 100 percent is that avoiding the thing that you fear FEEDS your fear.
  • I feel the same way. If I can avoid sugar entirely, I do better than you try to "just have one". I tried to have a granola bar the other night, and the entire box disappeared. I logged it, but I felt so helpless after. It is nice to know that I am not alone in my feelings. Thank you.
