I find that taking a pre workout makes a huge difference for me. I have tried a few wasn’t happy with how I felt after working out. Recently my friend turned me onto the PRE/T from Liporidex. I think as long as you feel good, do not push yourself to eat more carbs. I always aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight to support muscle growth, I eat enough carbs to have the energy and sense of well being I need.
