BTW-the caffeine content in Liporidex PRE/T is actually pretty low. you're paying for vasodilators and acid buffers. If it were just caffeine - I'd agree its too expensive. Caffeine is so cheap...

I get mine on Amazon and I have never paid over $45. Lasts me 6 weeks, I work out 6 times a week. So-for most peeps working out 3 times a week, thats 3 months, not bad :)

MRM has a great powder with a lot of amines etc. I sometimes use their non flavored one and mix with other stuff.

I love to eat late! LOL...but now I follow few simple rules: 1. No food after dinner 2. No eating anywhere but at dining table without TV, electronic device etc. 3. If tempted-Protein Shake (I love chocolate milkshake flavor by Quest) with 2 tbsp of flax seed really stops my cravings. I hope this helps!

I would suggest you focus now on building muscle mass and getting strong and lean instead of loosing weight being a nursing mom. You will see a big difference in the way you look even if you don't loose a pound. Turn the fat into muscle.
