Hi. I'm trying to gain weight, what kind of protein would u recommend me? ?

    For a drink, I like chocolate whey powder. Tastes great. I've seen some here swear by red meat and others say nix the red meat and go vegetable based. I try to do all three.

    Whatever type gets you to reach your protein macro goal for the day. If you eat meat and struggle eating enough calories, go for fattier meats as they are more calorie dense.

    Protein isn't actually the biggest part of weight gain; its calories.

    Consider that a gram of protein has 4 calories, while a gram of fat has 9.

    If you're eating enough to gain weight you may be able to get your protein without a supplement.

    Don't but protein from Walmart, a lot of their brands they carry are under investigation for amino spiking. I usually just get some sort of whey protein from Costco and add stuff like bananas, milk and peanut butter for the calories.

    try hemp protein! you'd be surprised at how amazingly healthy it is. I've been reading studies that say its even better than soy protein!
