I'll give it a go. My doctor just told me that I have high triglycerides so I'm looking to drop the carbs and drop the sugar lower than what I currently am at. He also told me I have high blood pressure so same thing goes for that as well drop the weight. I'm starting to feel like I'm a mess LOL. Not taking any more…

I'm in. Started on October 9th at 206.5 and have lost 2.3 so far. My ulitimate goal is to get to 165 by my birthday in August 2018.

I want to reach my goal which is a 45 lb loss by my birthday next August. I also want to be down significant for an event that I'm an Ambassador for at the end of Feb 2018 .
