If you are looking to have a entire body restoration, you are going to definitely need to incorporate exercise a couple days/week in your routine. Cardio will help you to become smaller, but then you will want to lift weights also to firm up and give your body the desired shape you are looking for.

Drinking a lot of water definitely helps me, and I also use supplements from Liporidex to help with my cravings. A friend introduced me and I am obsessed. They are all-natural so you don't have to worry about consuming anything dangerous, and they have different versions, even including stimulant free. Everyone is…

Yes it definitely does! We have all heard that exercise releases endorphins, but it also helps in other ways for stress/anxiety. When you are exercising, it not only can help take your mind off of what is causing your anxiety during that time, but it can affect the amounts of hormones you are producing. This can change how…

Get all the support you can, but make sure that you have clear goals and hold yourself accountable as well. I found this article really helpful for making a plan to stay motivated when I was starting out https://www.myliporidex.com/blog/how_to_set_your_goals_and_stay_motivated/

I agree with everyone who said to use a cheese with a strong taste, like goat or something very sharp. This way you can use less and still have the flavor. Cheese is my favorite thing, I know I still eat way more than I should!

I know that you said that you are bored of salads, but I really like this recipe for a healthy bulgar salad. It is not like a traditional salad with lettuce and dressing and all that, so it makes me feel like I am mixing it up while still being healthier than sandwiches, wraps, etc.…

I typically eat the 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and then have 2 snacks in between those

You can definitely lose more weight with lifting. Not only does it help speed up your metabolism and improve your appearance, but when you lift you continue to burn calories even after you are done working out - which personally I think is pretty cool! I was just reading this article that has some great info about this…

HAHAHA this is so true, and I am so tired of all my friends trying to get ME to sell them too!

What kind of exercise are you doing? Sounds like you may need to change things up to get past your plateau. I know you said cardio and strength training, but if you are doing the same exercises every time you workout then changing it up can help.

I have always wondered about this too, I have been thinking about getting one. Let us know how it goes!

You can look up some HIIT exercises to do at home to get you started. There are a ton available online on sites like pinterest, or blogs like this one https://www.myliporidex.com/blog/quick_weight_loss_HIIT/

I really do not enjoy going to the gym because I fins it boring, but when I do go I try to mix it up with things like HIIT. Here are 2 exercises I like, one that you can do anywhere and one that you can do on the treadmill to make it less monotonous https://www.myliporidex.com/blog/quick_weight_loss_HIIT/

I was just reading a cool article today that has some tips for getting the most out of your workouts. Maybe it will help: https://www.myliporidex.com/blog/how_to_get_more_from_each_workout/

Eating at night has always been my biggest challenge. I learned that part of the problem was that I did not eat enough calories earlier in the day, and then I would binge. Besides scheduling my meals better and eating more protein, I also use an all-natural appetite suppressant in the evenings which has really made a big…

Avoid the chips and tortillas, they have the most calories.

Grilled chicken and seasoned broccoli. Because that is what was for dinner!

I have always used a Malibu treatment for chlorine or well water buildup, and it works well!

Good for you for taking the first step! You got this! :)

Don’t waste your money! Save what you would have spent on isagenix and buy yourself something nice! Maybe new workout shoes! :) That’s just my opinion!

I do! But I cannot drink it anymore because I cannot tolerate it :( I am always looking for good gluten free beer suggestions (preferably not for sorghum).

I like to get premade salads (or make my own in lunch sized portions), and then I make my own vinaigrette dressing that has less calories than store bought creamy ones.

I would think that you would not treat a vaginal yeast infection the same as an issue with Candida in your gut...

I was thinking about using sour cream and seeing how that tasted instead of may, but never thought of cottage cheese! Will have to try it out, thanks!

I have been looking for the same thing, thanks for sharing!

I make my own honey mustard for salads and dipping. I just use mayo (or veganaise), honey and mustard. It's that easy, and sooo good!

I agree with everyone else, I think you should stick with what you are doing. I love hiking as a form of exercise, I just wish I had time to do it more!
