Brush your teeth after dinner, I know it sounds weird, but it helps me not want to eat again sometimes. Or when you have a craving have some tea instead.

32lbs is a lot, I am sure other people can see it! I agree with everyone that you should take some progress pics, to make sure that YOU see how far you have come. For me that is the best motivation :)

I had bad experiences with gaining weight after using phentermine also. Maybe you should look into taking something that is natural to help with your appetite so you don't have to worry about cycling on an off so much. Drinking green tea helps me, and there are supplements like Liporidex you can try.

I think it is strange to care about this since massage is not a sexual thing to me. If anything, I usually get deep tissue and it is kinda painful! But, it sounds like you are getting pretty consistent feedback that it may be better for your business to focus on female applicants.

If you take a preworkout that focuses more on enabling your body to physically do more (muscle perfusion) instead of just amping you up with caffeine like most do then you will have a better workout and won't get worn out. I use Liporidex PRE/T in the evenings and I have no trouble sleeping.

Make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet, and eating in a deficit. Working out will help, but unfortunately you can't target specific areas for fat loss.

Make sure that you are tracking EVERYTHING because things can add up. Drink lots of water, move some each day (even if it is just walking around your neighborhood) and be sure that you are getting enough protein in your diet. https://www.myliporidex.com/blog/sources-of-protein-how-to-get-abs-fast/ Try not to think about…

I don't really worry about what other people are eating, but that is just me. I have enough to worry about with my own diet...

I think that you should eat as clean as possible because it will only make you feel better and be healthier overall, but maybe instead of just eating smaller portions, you should eat the foods you like within your macros. I have had great success with that and never feel like I am depriving myself of anything that I want.…

I guess it depends on where I would be moving them and what the benefits were with the job change. Generally I would say yes if it was somewhere that could expose my family to new things and the job was better.

I have always been self conscious about my body shape, being kinda "pear shaped" my whole life. Unfortunately it was probably the combination of always hearing this shape referred to as not the ideal, and comments from other people, even my own mother, that made me feel this way and want to change my appearance. I wish I…

If you find yourself not hungry for long periods of time, it may be easy for you to try intermittent fasting, which has been shown to actually help with weight loss. https://www.myliporidex.com/blog/fit-body-intermittent-fasting/

I don't like depriving myself if I am actually hungry, which I usually am in the afternoons. Like others have suggested, I usually just make sure to have healthy snacks on hand, and of course track everything. Usually I try to stick to things on this list when packing my snacks…

I have to have separate clothing just for the days leading up to, as well as the first few days of my period. I don't even mess with the scale during that time because I already know it has gone up and will go back down.

I use the app to track mine as well, but if you are looking for more info on how/why you should track them, and what they should look like, I found this to be really helpful when I was starting out.

I enjoy drinking it for many reasons, the fact that I can try to tell myself it is healthy for me is just a bonus! ;)

For many people achieving a healthier lifestyle is a matter of making new routines, or habits. So sometimes when we break one part of that, by not exercising for instance, then it is hard to maintain the rest (diet). A big thing that has helped me is changing the way that I shop and what foods I keep in the house. If there…

I really like intermittent fasting and I feel like it has helped me with managing my diet and my weight loss a lot. Plus, it has other benefits and may even slow down the aging process.

I take armour but I have had much better results with adding progesterone to my regimen. It is common for women to have low progesterone and become estrogen dominant as they get older, which makes weight gain very easy and weight loss incredibly difficult. I would definitely get that tested as well!

I agree with this 100%, same story for me!

For me clean eating is just making sure that I make all my own meals using unprocessed and, ideally, organic ingredients.

My experience with anything like this is that I always lose weight the first few weeks and then gain it back - and then some after that. Lexapro was the worst for me, I finally had to stop because the weight gain. I would see what your Dr says, maybe there is a medication that will be a better fit.

I usually hate cardio, but this app sounds like it may make me actually do it. I will have to try it out!

This is interesting! And a great reason for me to only do 10 sec planks now hehe. Now I just need to work on my push-ups!

I am very sorry to hear about your situation. I think it is great that you are focusing on yourself after the end of a relationship where the other person clearly did not value you as they should have. I am sure that you have heard this from many other people, but time is the best healer and as you move forward focusing on…

You definitely will not find a lot of supporters here for diet or weight loss pills. That is because there are no "magic pills," and if something claims to make you lose weight on its own, it is most likely not true or going to have some crazy side effects. However, I do understand trying to do everything right as far as…

Hormones can certainly play a role in weight loss, especially once you get older. Another reason to incorporate exercise into your routine is because it can help to level out those hormones, as well as all the other benefits for health and weight loss.…

I used to be a hair stylist, and all my friends suddenly started approaching me to sell the it works wraps under them to my clients. I feel like this is something they tell them in training, "try to recruit people in the beauty/salon industry," because they all would message me the same thing. Yeah, because that's what…

What I have found is that you will not get a whole lot of people on MFP who support taking supplements or prescription pills to help with weight loss. It is true that there is no magic pill, and that many things simply do not work or are unsafe. I have used supplements and been successful with them and after taking them,…
