-how bad you actually felt before. You get used to not feelin good but when you lose weight your realize what it actually means to feel good.

I weigh myself before and after pooping. It makes me feel better.

Don't be afraid to enjoy yourself from time to time. People call it a cheat day but as long as you are in you calorie range you will lose. Of course the quality of calories helps too but you can still eat what you want. Good luck!

I am so afraid of being late that I am often time 30-45mins early. I also just ate McDonalds and now have intense guilt (a new emotion for me).

Those are all good points and make sense. This has been a drastic lifestyle change for me so I thought they would help. I won't lie they have helped but I feel like I don't really need them anymore since I am trying to develop a healthier lifestyle. Thanks for the feedback!
