I'm still fairly new at this, however, with the logging of my food at the very least I'm more conscious of what I'm eating. Doesn't mean I always eat under my calories, but I'm more aware and have to KNOW that I'm going over instead of remaining oblivious. You can do this - don't give up!

I haven't even thought about setting a mini-goal. I think I'm almost scared to in case I don't hit it. I think I'm going to set one for 20 pounds by my birthday in November. Thank you for the inspiration!

I stepped on the scale and I had broken the 300 lb mark (I'm 5'8) and then needed a seat belt extender on a flight. Although the flight attendant was very discreet, I was mortified. And pissed at myself. So here I am....again.
