Synctunes is the app I used to transfer hundreds of songs from my iPhone 4 to my Galaxy s3. Then I saved all my files to my micro SD card. When I traded up to the s5, all my music easily came with me.

I'm a night shift nurse as well. Three twelve hour shifts. I go to the gym after work. There's hardly anyone there at 0730. Any equipment I want is available with no waiting. I do 30-45 minutes of cardio and finish out the hour on the weights.

Crock pot cooking is great. Spend 15 minutes tossing some meat and vegetables into it, let it simmer while you sleep, and wake up to a real meal that tastes and smells like you slaved over a hot stove all day.

Diet soda. That was the first step. Then fast food. After that, I started working out, which changed my outlook on food. I started viewing it as fuel for my body instead of it being for pleasure, comfort, or reward. Eating is still enjoyable, just in a different and healthier way.
