  • I lost about 40 pounds so far from a lifestyle change. Had to because I was having health issues myself. I feel you for you but I know it’s possible! Find yourself some people who are already doing what you want to do and imitate or learn from them :)
  • A good place to start is at the suggested calories, if you entered all of your stats, if its not enough you can always raise and lower but you should try everything out for at least a week before changing. :)
  • The app is great. It helps keep you accountable for all of your decisions.. I've been using it solid for a couple of months and feel it is a very important tool to have in my new lifestyle.
