  • Thanks Hey bales, I probably underestimated if anything as I do a lot of walking daily - average 12000 steps a day, plus over 3 hours weight lifting each week. The inch increase comes from my 2 months of slacking off - it hasn't gone either way since I started the programme. I'm also a heavy woman - right now weigh 200 lbs…
