When I was 18 I was in the army (infantry) driving armored vehicles and standing guard duty on the Czech boarder. But I do love the message this sends.

I have A-10's flying over my house all day long and never get tired of seeing them. Ever since being in the military they kinda make me feel all warm and fuzzy when I hear their high pitched engines overhead. Love the Warthog.

Be careful with your rewards. Most of the time they are filled with high calories and fat which is what got you/us in trouble in the first place. Personally I don't reward myself unless I've been way under calorie goal for several days. Then when I eat what ever it is I usually feel guilty anyway lol.

Two key things that helped me were getting a quality heart rate monitor (HRM) and this app so your halfway there already. Be brutally honest when logging food and go by the HRM when figuring calories burned. The calorie burn indicator on machines are usually "WAY" over estimated so don't go by that. And don't get too hung…
