Bottom line--my health, the way I look, my children and granddaughter. I want to live the rest of my life much healthier than I am now. If I leave this world any time soon, I don't want it to have anything to do with the amount of weight I've gained in past years.

I'm 46, 5'2 3/4" and weigh 191 pounds. I have been trying for two weeks to drop weight and am down to 191. My goal is to get down to 125 lbs. and I'd like to do it by Christmas.
