  • Weekends have always been more difficult for me. I am a stay at home wife/mom but our weekday routine is very regimented and planned out. Weekends we pretty much "winged it."   • Not new to MFP, but I'm new to the Message-board. I'm 43 and have struggled losing and gaining the same 15-25 pounds for 20 years. Thankfully, I haven't let it get more out of hand than that.   • My goal is to lose a total of 23.5 pounds, and then re-evaluate. I think I can do an additional 5 after I get to my goal weight, but will have to see since it's been 6-7 years since I've been down to that weight.
