Oh, no, they never have actually said that I'm too skinny, they do agree I need to lose weight but they can't understand that only cutting off soft drinks and chocolate bars won't work if I'll keep on munching other unhealthy stuff, and that 1200 kcal is really enough for a body to function correctly. Oh, if I started having smoothies instead of dinner they'd be trying even more to make me eat, because they'd think I'm not eating enough. I have experienced that before. Thank you though.

Well, I've been here for 20 days now and lost 11 lbs :P I don't exercise much, but I keep trying to move a bit per day. Keeping track on calories seems to be something I needed to actually lose weight :D

Thank you very much! That's actually an amazing idea. Hopefully there will be some place in freezer, haha :) This should help, at least a bit. I think I could do one bigger cooking session at weekends, and even there could still be days like these, at least it won't be every day ;D Thanks a lot again!

Hello c: I'm about 5 years younger, but I hope you don't mind. I need to lose less, but still it's a challenge for me as I've always been bigger and... It just kept getting worse, plus I easily give up. Hopefully we can support each other and get through it together! :D

Ooh, my sleeping is the worst. I can't sleep at nights and it's even worse to wake up. I usually sleep 1-5 hours on weekdays, depends on my luck, then I recharge at weekends, up to 12 hours. Terrible. And hopefully sleeptracker could help me even the slightest bit.

Oh, in different measures I'm 5'5 ft, right now I weigh 166 lbs and I already lost 11 lbs. I'd like to weigh about 135 c:
