Awesome job!!! Sounds like you have some great motivation. I have lost all together a little over a 100 and have 50 more to go. I am currently stand still and need to shake it up. Maybe you can give me some pointers too.

Hey Mandy, you can do this!! Make small goals, find an exercise you like. Don't give up!!! It is hard with a family. I did not lose mine until after my kids were grown.

That is awesome Robertus, you are doing great!! I know some days I feel bummed for I am in a slight stand still and have about 50 more to meet my goal. I swim 4 days a week. A mile each time, Zumba 2x week, and had been doing a walk/jog. I am going to add in Boot Camp now I think. Hoping to break the stand still. Good luck…
