Nothing will specifically target the back fat and love handles, (or any other fat areas) sadly. But probably core, shoulder and abdominal strengthening excercises will at least tone those muscles, so as you lose the weight, you will see some better definition.

I tried it for a while. The only affect I noticed was adding 20 calories a day to my log.

Gym membership, decent wireless headphones , excercise bra and leggings, good kitchen scale, blender cups, and kitchen gadgets. It's a lot easier and more fun to work out or cook with good tools, lol.

But say a food is as calorie dense as possible. Just absolutely maxes out the possible amount of calories. We were speaking of purely just the single item of food, not including anything like water, that you may drink a few minutes later. If you drank water, then you would add thst to the weight of what you are eating. Literally, can you physically gain more weight from any combo of food than it actually weighed before chewing ?

Well there is ONE benefit to raspberry ketones. You will be burping up raspberry flavor for the next several hours. A coue days of that will ruin your appetite for anything sweet or fruity flavored!

If you are having too much trouble, you could buy some suspenders to wear during workouts. Maybe wear over a light undershirt or an excerise bra so they won't chafe? But under your workout top do it wont be obvious.

I've noticed it's every 5lbs or so with me. I tend to lose it in chunks then a couple weeks of nothing. Then another 2-5 lbs overnight, then another couple weeks of nothing. Yep, got tired of it, gained back 18 lbs. from July to November. Of course there was alot more going on too, crazy stressful time, so calories and weight were truly the least of my worries, lol. Fortunately things have settled, so I can pick up again.
