  • Thanks!
  • Went ahead and got some to try, and my daughter and I both tried one this is wild! It's not punishing or anything, just not sweet. They are a bit bitter, but bearable, and sweet flavor is completely blocked. Lemon creme sandwich cookie was tasteless and pasty cream, and just wheaty cookie. Caramel was bitter. Lemon skittle…
  • Fried pork chops, bagged salad and Pillsbury biscuits. I was feeling a bit last last night. Tonight it's taco salad with homeade guac. Still feeling pretty lazy, lol.
  • I have one with like 8 blades. I use 3 fairly frequently. I'd use it more often, but my hubby is a big, whiney vegetable hater. I like using it for myself though.
  • Dang it! I can't eat soy :'( Otherwise that would be a good alternative for my low carb, pasta loving, husband and gluten sensitive Mom.
  • God, I'm having the same issue, and it's exacerbated by being out of work and being home too much during the day. I went off plan a year ago, when my job changed, my Grandpa died, my Mom moved in with us, and we had to move quickly to accomodate her. I just haven't been able to keep on track since. And now I get to add job…
  • Not sleeping :/
  • No magic, lol. I use it and skip breakfast and early snacks, so I have more calories to spare for dinner and bedtime. I like it because personally, I can work normally if I'm a little hungry, but I can't sleep unless I'm feeling satisfied. Even a little growling (or nose whistling, or strange smell or itch, or random…
  • Yuck. Bland, oversweet, and undercooked. They are also my daughter's favorite, and as she's the only one in the house who likes them, a couple times a year someone gets her a box as a special treat. She's only allowed 3-4 in a day, and you'd better believe she counts out how many there are and exactly what times she can…
  • Our 9 year old is very similar. She likes swimming for fun, but we had her on a team for a couple years, and lessons as well, and it was a disaster. We tried Judo and tai kwan do, and she hated those with a passion. Right now we basically forced her to take dance- tap, jazz and ballet, and she's shocked herself with…
  • Any chance you could be developing a sleep issue, like apnea or even teeth grinding that is causing less optimal sleep? Do you snore, sleep on your back or stomach, or wake up with headaches or more tired than you used to?
  • It works fine for me. Much better than Samsung Health, which keeps trying to infinitly loop my workouts for some reason.
  • Normally I get over feeling embarrassed by pretending I'm not. Generally everyone has always been very nice and encouraging when I go, especially when I let them know I'm a bit nervous.
  • When I'm having an ibs episode I'll courtesy flush, sometimes 2 or 3 times. Not so much to cover the sound (or smell) but because I've managed to clog the toilets a couple times, and I'd a million times rather someone think I'm just being paranoid, than trying to outrun a clog in a public bathroom.
  • I very rarely drink, am not a huge fan of strong alcoholic tastes, and never more than 1 or 2 total, so calorie heavy, super sweet, fruity drinks for me lol.
  • Animals doing taste tests.
  • I'm getting over a flu. My workout was moving from the bedroom to the couch, and from one side of the couch to another side of the couch.
  • Make sure you are using an actual scale and going by weight instead of the box, serving size, or volume measurements like cup, oz or tablespoon. Theres a HUGE calorie difference between a cup of whole something (like nuts or cereal) and a cup of chopped or ground version of the same item. Going by weight takes all that…
  • Well considering this is a community for a calorie counting app, that shouldn't be particularly surprising.
  • I know I'm the weird one here, but I actually prefer the taste of aspartame sweetners in soda, lol. The pure sugery ones are just too much for me. But it has to be fountain or can. I hate the plasticy taste that comes off the bottled versions.
  • Oooooooooh. Because that seemed like a really weird combo :s
  • Not anymore. I got rid of all those. There's a soft sweater from Costco that was smaller than I thought it would be, but not a specific goal to wear.
  • Yes. Because I love the taste. I don't smoke or take recreational drugs, I seldom drink alchohol, and I had to cut WAAAY back on sugary, caloric goodies. I have to have some sort of vice, lol.
  • Could you try adding a couple drops of vanilla in one with mediocre flavor but a good texture?
  • It sounds like you are mainly just frustrated and jealous that Jack@$$ (heretofor known as Jack, lol) has found a new punching bag, while you actually care enough about yourself to refuse to settle again. And feeling lonely on top of that doesn't help. Sadly, not much can be done about it. But heres a free *hug* anyhow.…
  • I have been reading recently that Keto is not a highly regarded diet according to WHO, but not particularly bad, but honestly I'm too lazy to find the links right now. A more serious concern I read, is that KETO might cause complications if you have AFIB heart problems or Type 1 diabetes. So if those have anything to do…
  • Oh no! Hope your puppy feels better! Keep in mind, that exhaustion exists for a reason. Stress and lack of sleep took thier toll on you, and if you were too tired to workout, it probably means you need rest more than excercise. One or two days won't derail you, especially if you take that walk, as long as you go back as…
  • Nothing will specifically target the back fat and love handles, (or any other fat areas) sadly. But probably core, shoulder and abdominal strengthening excercises will at least tone those muscles, so as you lose the weight, you will see some better definition.
  • I tried it for a while. The only affect I noticed was adding 20 calories a day to my log.
