  • Here are the things thst hsve have helped me most. For excercise machines, try getting s temporary pass to the gym, and trying a few different things. That way, you not only have the therapy machines to choose from, but you may decide you like a rower, or sonething else better As far as the food stuff, Log EVERYTHING.…
  • You won't get it from this section. You need to contact customer support, or if you got it through App or Play stores, you have to go through thier customer sipport departments.

  • As long as it makes your life easier, and you are hitting all your nutrient goals, yay you! I eat alot of McDonalds and Jack in the box eggs and chicken during tbe week vecause it's easy and I know it fits my goals.
  • I never recieved an email. :/ They probably severely underestimated how popular the challenge would be, and can only handle givung out so many without losing money.
  • Pretend and estimated are very different things. Pretend means it doesn't exist, and therefore is pointless to count. CICO isn't pretend. It may not be exactly the same person to person, and require some estimating and trial and error, but that doesn't mean it's not real, just that it's not exact.
  • Last year I hsd one snap on me bad enough, that I was literally out of work for several months. Not fun. In fact, that was what caused me to to really start taking this weight and excercise stuff seriously. I LOVE my job, and cannot stand the thought of losing it to getting injured again just for being fat and out of…
  • All that in a month? Wow, good for all of you recognizing what was happening so quickly, and getting that garbage out right away, before he could ruin your entire life.
  • Maybe not off her bed, but certainly off mine. Especially if my husband was there too!
  • Sillies. It's outdated because we all know by now that calories don't really exist, and energy is a fake thing that can not affect us in any way whatsoever. We have a "friend" of "elite physicists" who has been kind enough to educate and frequently remind us of this "fact".
  • The circuit training entry is under cardiovascular, not strength. Probably not 100% accurate, but better than nothing. Google Fit and Samsung Health also have circuit training entries, so I assume if you are using a smart watch or tracker, they probably do too.
  • If you do the circuit right though, you are actually getting a pretty good burn going. Theoretically it's suppossed to be one of the more efficient types of workouts because it combines cardio and weights at the sane time.
  • Way too often recently :/ Having a very hard time turning away from excessively caloric meals and treats lately.
  • It's not magic, but it is a pretty helpful tool.
  • TV dinners were actually very popular, with some families eating them almost nightly. Interestingly the TV dinner was invented in 1953, and American obesity rates started rising steadily from the 50's to the present time. There is a pretty good jump between the 90's and 2000's, probably due to abundance of computer and…
  • Scissors. Best part about it is you get to pick marshmallow size according to current marshmallowy need.
  • It did for a while, but then I reached a plateau and didn't rrally see any more progress without actually taking food and exercise seriously.
  • I don't know what happened to the rest of my post, lol. The link is to a page that also believes dinosaurs are fake news, and that all tge fossils are planted and created by archeologists to sell museum tickets or something.

  • Aside fron Diet Pepsi, I really like the diet carbonated waters. Itcs kind of hard to find the good ones though, Target brand, and LaCroix are bitter and disgusting, but Walmart, Sunny Select, and Sparkling Ice are sweeter, without the minerally nastiness, and really good.
  • A pound every 2 25 days? Tha's a bit of a stretch, and not particularly sustainable. You may be able to drop it tbat fast for a few weeks, but you'll start feeling lousy pretty quickly, and as soon as you STOP starving yourself, your body is going to rebell by holding onto every calorie it can, while making you feel like…
  • Nope. Bathers are the starting point, and if you are good at and enjoy it, then you can get training fo vecome a full groomer. There are three ways to become a full groomer, corporate training through places like Petco and Petsmart, trained by a more experienced trainer on the job, or a grooming school. Most of the schools…

  • Not hugely. I like seeing it go down, and I get annoyed when it doesn't, but I'm much more concerned with how I feel, how I move, and how well my clothes fit. Actual weight his more of a nice side effect at this point!
  • Have you tried looking up upperbody and chair excercises? Some of them have very adaptive programs that are awesome for people who have to adjust what they can do. I've had to use them to get started with super beginner excercises, working around fibro flares, and working around bad sprains at various times.
  • Cleanliness is definitely on my list of things to look at. Amenities/equipment first, then price , then cleanliness and culture. A dirty gym is a poorly maintained one, which is not only unpleasnt, it means that broken equipment will not be replaced or repaired quickly, the staff will probably be mediocre at best to deal…
  • How are you with animals? Grooming shops are often looking for part time bathers, to wash, dry and brush out dogs for them to clip. Pet sitting and walking, errand running for elderly/disabled neighbors, temp agencys, cleaning agencies, http://marketsource.jobs (generally part time, sell phones and stuff through Target and…

  • Thank you. I appreciate that.
  • I eat fast food or pack finger foods to eat. Generally at McDonalds or Jack in tbe Box I can get plain eggs, or sandwich less meat fillets to eat on the drive. Add a lunch cooler with fruits, veggies, and an icepack and I can eat healthily on my drive. Exercise wise, I can usually get up an hour earlier tomorrow go to the…
  • I usually do a lot of math, trying to fit in the most important stuff, and don't worry too much if I end up having to skip a step or two. After all, even a shortened workout is better than none.
  • If you really want me to trust you, STOP LYING TO ME!! Seriously Kid, it's not like I can't tell that you didn't even bring your computer to your desk, let alone finish all the work that I know for a fact you didn't have time to do. Also you KNOW the program tracks your time, of COURSE we were going to call you on it!
  • I like it better, but it's still very doable if you stick with the free for a few months and see if you are happy with it, or if you find the extra features, such as exporting reports, or changing goals by day, or picking what you are tracking, to be something you could really use.
