Thanks! Smart program! I can tell you it works because I've lost 15lbs since November just by using the food diary and making sure I do at least 10000 steps every day. Of course, some days require more steps to burn off the snack food that I sometimes don't realize I've eaten until it's time to record in the diary.

Now your on a subject for which I have a question: Myfitnesspal says my 'goal' is 1800 calories per day. Where did that number come from? I don't remember establishing it anywhere.
